The rooms
What there is to find
Twelve of them. You are given a riddle and no addresses.
The count is kept in a cookie on this browser, so clearing it starts you over. Do your tidying afterwards. Find all twelve and there is a sheet at the end, which you may print and show to people who did not ask for it.

A basement
Not yet
Under everything. It is where the goose is kept, and where he is returned when somebody catches him.
-
A goose
Not yet
He got out. About one visit in fifty he is standing on a rule at the foot of a page. Mostly you wait.
-
A complaints department
Not yet
The colophon at the bottom of every page says what the site is printed on. It is printed on nothing, and the nothing opens.
-
A shrine
Not yet
The taxonomy classifies two creatures and rates them both eight billion. Good girls, the pair of them, and they have a room of their own, named for exactly that.
-
An Oracle
Not yet
Named in the footer of every page. Ask it anything and it will answer, though not necessarily about that.
-
A special room for fonts
Not yet
Also in the footer, next to the Oracle. You may set a name in it and then sign the guestbook in the face you cut.
-
A court
Not yet
The judgments claim to be beyond dispute. Read to the bottom of them and find out that they are not.
-
A taxonomy
Not yet
Everything here classified according to conventions I have not been granted the authority to use. You are on it.
-
A jukebox
Not yet
Filed under More, beside the taxonomy. A drawing of a machine that plays songs on its own small screen, in an order nobody chose on purpose.
-
A register
Not yet
A numbered list of strangers, linked from every footer, offering no explanation of what any of them did.
-
A door
Not yet
Some journal entries wear a small mark beside the title. They are carrying something between them, in order. Somewhere there is a place that asks what it says. The register knows where it is, in a manner of speaking, and it is named for exactly what it is.

RSS

Three letters in the footer, for people who would rather be told than visit. Open it and read to the end: one item in it was never published anywhere else, and there is nothing to click.
